Our Role

Roman Denk
1959 – 2025
Roman Denk was the founder of DCQ Ventures and the defining influence on its approach.
His career in finance and family office services was distinguished by technical knowledge, careful judgement and a genuine ease with people. Roman was a private individual who valued discretion. He was also a trusted adviser and, for many clients, a close friend.
He approached private wealth as a responsibility requiring patience and personal attention. He understood the importance of sound structures, clear counsel and good relationships with the advisers around a client.
Born and raised in Vienna, Roman passed away last November, in the city he loved and called home. His legacy is carried forward through the standards he set for our firm and the manner in which we serve our clients.
